Macaroni and Beans.

If you have read my blog at all, then you know that we are weird.  We eat weird, we like weird things, and in general we are different from other people.  Lunch today was just another example of this.  I turned the beans from last nigt into hummus and added macaroni.  Dearie and Kiddo liked it.  Honey wouldn’t touch it, which is no surprise.    Here is the recipe:

1 cup leftover beans (cooked with butter or oil and salt and pepper)

3 Tablespoons Tahinni

1 Tablespoon applecider vinegar

2 Cups cooked spiral pasta

Warm beans over med. heat.  Add Tahinni and vinegar.  Mash beans with potato masher.  Stir in cooked pasta.


Serve with bread and fruit for a filling lunch.
